Sometimes life seems hard to bear,
Full of sorrow, trouble, and woe
It's then I have to remember
That it's in the valleys I grow.
If I always stayed on the mountain top
And never experienced pain,
I would never appreciate God's love
And would be living in vain.
I have so much to learn
And my growth is very slow,
Sometimes I need the mountain tops,

I do not always understand
Why things happen as they do,
But I am very sure of one thing.

| So, my friend Kimberly and I are at war. Not really, but just for the sake of Facebook entertainment. It is an insult war and we have been toggling back and forth and at the moment I am loosing. There are rules in this war. We are not allowed to be mean or post an insult about the other person's character. Which is proving to be a lot harder than we thought. We know each other well enough (maybe too well) to have some serious ammo to play with so we have to have boundaries. It is my turn and I am having trouble retaliating. She is a tough act to follow, and my creative mojo is nowhere to be found. I guess I will just have to be patient and work on it for a while. By the way I really don't recommend starting an insult war with anyone..it is a tad bit draining to be that cunning. | | |
